Please Be On Time...
in order to achieve maximum results on your services and so you can be on time to your next appointment. Sufficient time is allocated for your appointment so services are not rushed. Depending on how late you arrive, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments that follow. If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled to another day and time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen and it is no problem to cancel and reschedule; we do ask to honor a 24-48 hour advance notice that is required. Please note; same day cancellations will require a $25 fee should you decide to visit the salon again. Canceling in advance will allow the time to be filled with another client.
